Who We Are
Muslim Counterpublics Lab is a radical discursive space focused on combatting systems of oppression rooted in Islamophobia. We accomplish this mission through advocacy, research, writing, organizing, and victim-centered support.
Our Programs
Narrative Power
We conduct trainings and workshops to confront and disrupt harmful narratives perpetuated in the media, government, and public.
Political
Education and Organizing
We conduct programming aimed at underscoring the rootedness of Islamophobia in the War on Terror and its impact on Muslims and hold government officials accountable through campaigns.
We focus on providing tangible assistance to address the lack of accountability and victims’ needs for support including fundraising and advocacy.
